Sevenscore asparagus, mangalitsa lardo, whipped cods roe & smoked almond 

Corn fed chicken thigh kiev, celeriac remoulade & roasted chicken fat emulsion 

Pickled herring, kohlrabi, apple & potato slaw with dill split vinaigrette

Octopus carpaccio, pickled cucumber gel, avruga caviar & radish
 

Mains

Pesto gnocchi, vegan nduja san marzano sauce & truffled cashew nut pesto (v/ve)

Crispy mackerel, dressed salad, Jersey royals, warm tar-tar & charred lemon

Roasted loin of wild sea bass, curried cauliflower, lime pickle  & massaman curry sauce

Roast breast of chicken with all the trimmings 

Slow cooked belly of pork with all the trimmings

Roast sirloin of beef with all the trimmings

 

Trimmings - Roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrot, parsnip,

fine beans & cauliflower cheese.

Caramel poached pineapple, coconut macaron, lime gel & coconut sorbet (ve)

Earl grey tea panna cotta, elderflower jelly & poppy seed oats
