Dinner will be served at 7:30pm

  • Freshly baked bread with marmite butter & Chef’s amuse bouche

  • Steamed turbot, prawn tortellini, crispy tarragon & prawn bisque

  • Roast venison saddle, venison pie, piccolo parsnip, braised red cabbage & pickled pear

  • Swiss sponge, caramelised orange, dark chocolate mousse & honeycomb
