Guests are to sit at 12pm to enjoy 2 hours of bottomless drinks.

Sweet potato gratin, chilli jam, tamarind tofu & tempura purple sprouting broccoli (ve)

Smoked haddock, braised leeks, champ mash, poached hens egg & warm tartar sauce

BBQ honey & harissa pork chop, nduja butter, colcannon, pickled sweetheart cabbage & 

chilli pork puff

Blood orange cheesecake, maple oats & confit orange (ve)

Sticky ginger pudding, jersey black butter toffee sauce & vanilla ice cream
